Pistachios with extra goodness unlocked! We soak the shelled pistachios overnight, then sun-dry them slowly to remove gut-irritating, enzyme-inhibiting phytic acid, making the nutrients easier to absorb and digest. Unlike store-bought pistachios, ours are not loaded with salt. They are crunchy, unsalted, and soaked in mineral water before drying. Pistachios are highly nutritious, and rich in protein, zinc, and selenium. They can be enjoyed as a light snack, added to fruit salads or desserts, and should never be fried or roasted. Perfect as a bedtime snack, they help produce hormones that promote good sleep, despite the misconception that rich food should be avoided at night. Store them in a glass jar with an airtight lid to maintain freshness for a couple of months.
